Lead and develop a sales team, setting goals, providing coaching, and evaluating performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales objectives set at both the individual and team levels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the client portfolio, sales data analysis, and use of information to improve the commercial strategy.
- Actively participate in the daily work of each Account Manager.
- Professionally develop Account Managers, driving their growth and skills.
- Get involved in the team’s performance review process, providing feedback.
- Support the Head of Customer Success with collaboration in implementing strategies and solutions.
- Participate in the interview and training process for Account Managers.
- Manage Account Managers’ accounts when they are on days off.
- Collaborate with other departments (mainly Core and Recruiting) to ensure the customer experience.
