Lead and develop a sales team, setting goals, providing coaching, and evaluating performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sales objectives set at both the individual and team levels.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the client portfolio, sales data analysis, and use of information to improve the commercial strategy.
  • Actively participate in the daily work of each Account Manager.
  • Professionally develop Account Managers, driving their growth and skills.
  • Get involved in the team’s performance review process, providing feedback.
  • Support the Head of Customer Success with collaboration in implementing strategies and solutions.
  • Participate in the interview and training process for Account Managers.
  • Manage Account Managers’ accounts when they are on days off.
  • Collaborate with other departments (mainly Core and Recruiting) to ensure the customer experience.

Required skills:

  • Excellent level of English.
  • Sales team leadership: ability to lead and motivate the team to achieve objectives.
  • Effective communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction.
  • Proactivity: ability to anticipate problems and take initiative in seeking solutions.
  • Adaptability: ease in adapting to dynamic and changing environments.

Professional experience:

  • Account Management (preferably with Startups) - 2 years of experience desirable.
  • Sales Team Leader (desirable).
  • Staffing Industry (desirable).
