We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven business development/sales representative to actively seek out and engage prospect providers, on board, and service their needs while we grow. This position will be remote.
Primary Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for all things but not limited to Business Development, Sales, and Customer Service for the midwest region of the U.S.
- Grow providers and activities within the region
- Reach out to providers throughout the region
- Develop and implement streamlined procedures for sales, lead targeting, and related operations to ensure seamless execution, transparency across the team, and scalability for future team members taking on this role
- Assist with provider onboarding
- Deliver exceptional customer support to providers by maintaining a deep understanding of the product and staying informed about ongoing updates and improvements from the engineering team.
- Partnering closely with the product and engineering teams to share insights and feedback gathered from user interactions, enabling data-driven decisions that shape the product’s direction and priorities
- Manage the marketplace and the activities and providers we promote in it
- Work with marketing to offer providers growth opportunities
- Approving providers to join ensuring we offer safe and high-quality activities.
